New Hire Orientation: It’s always challenging to join a new company and we want you to be prepared. We offer online and structured training to build the skills and confidence to acclimate you to the multi-housing industry and to the company.

The industry’s best online training programs: We offer a comprehensive curriculum designed specifically for the multi-housing professionals, including everything from Fair Housing training to Maintenance for Office Staff, Internet Leasing and much, much more.

Professional Leasing Training: We offer a variety of classes from Telephone Technique to Closing the Sale, all designed to provide valuable skills and knowledge. Our Mission is to provide an “Outstanding Living Experience” for our residents and we understand that begins with the interaction with our Leasing Professionals. We are committed to preparing and supporting you in your important role as Leasing Consultant.

Professional Management Training: Our Community Managers oversee multi-million dollar assets, so it is our responsibility to ensure they are properly trained and prepared. We offer a multitude of courses, including customer service, software training, leadership and much more.

Professional Service Technician Training: Our Service Technicians are vital in delivering excellent customer service and providing an “Outstanding Living Experience” for our residents. We guide and train our Service Technicians to prepare exceptional rent ready apartments and to handle service requests in an efficient, timely manner. We also consider their safety one of our primary concerns and train to provide processes and procedures to help ensure a safe environment.

Technical Training: We believe technology can assist in doing a better, more efficient job, so we invest in state-of-the-art, industry-recognized software. We offer training and on-going support to assist in our property management programs.
